Reset, Then Maintain — Sized For The Full Cycle
Start low. Go slow. One product at a time. These products were thoughtfully selected with sensitive guts in mind. When introducing multiple products, we recommend adding them one at a time and adjusting based on how your body responds.
Daily dosing follows the same order as Starter: start with ThaenaBiotic® on its own for at least a week, then ramp in Gentle Prebiotic Fiber from ¼ scoop, then add GI Ally for its Reset (working up to 1–2 capsules, three times a day, for 4–6 weeks) before dropping to Maintenance (1 capsule, once or twice a day). GI Ally contains concentrated antimicrobial botanicals, so consider working with your healthcare provider for individualized guidance.
