Dhara was founded by Dr. Britta Nevitt, ND, FABNG, and Dr. Elma Dobric, PharmD — who met, of all places, at a pilates studio in Solana Beach, CA. Between classes they discovered a shared fixation on gut health: Britta was already treating patients with SIBO and IBS at her GI-focused practice; Elma had spent over a decade in pharmacy blending modern medicine with an integrative approach. That conversation turned into a company.

One Routine, Three Products, Built In Two Speeds
ThaenaBiotic® is flexible — take it with or without food, morning or evening, whenever fits your day. Most people land on 1–2 capsules daily; start with 1 and titrate up only if you want to.
Gentle Prebiotic Fiber asks a little more patience. It's dosed at 1 scoop twice daily, mixed into water, a smoothie, or whatever you're already drinking — but it should be ramped up slowly: start around ¼ scoop once daily and increase by about ¼ scoop every 3–4 days until you reach the full twice-daily dose.
restor.d is the simplest of the three — 1 scoop in 8–12oz of water, once or twice a day, no ramp needed. There's no wrong time for it: morning to start the day hydrated, post-workout for recovery, or any time you'd reach for a drink anyway.
Putting them together: take your ThaenaBiotic capsule alongside your first fiber scoop each day — same time, same glass of water, one habit instead of two. restor.d can be taken with ThaenaBiotic and Gentle Prebiotic Fiber, or also works well as its own separate touchpoint — post-workout, afternoon, or wherever it fits your day.
