I’ve been taking ThaenaBiotic on and off for a little over a year, and it’s been a valuable part of my gut health journey. Really thought I was going to be plagued the remainder of my life by extreme post-meal bloat and pain (and the following diarrhea). Had tried diets and the highest ranked (and most expensive) clinical grades of pro, pre, and postbiotics. The gastroenterologist said to accept a severely restricted lifestyle and understand this was my body’s reaction to aging. Nice. Then I stumbled on Thaena because I had success with a similar animal protocol for an ill dog. I knew I needed to give it time but in week one I noticed enough change to realize I should do the higher dosage Thaena recommends for severe cases. By the end of a month at 3 a day I was extraordinarily improved. 3 months in, the last being at one a day, I have not been experiencing any symptoms of bloat or diarrhea for many weeks. And I have been eating my normal, healthy diet, not the nutty restricted one. Cannot say enough good things. Honestly, the only issues I have had are with the Chloe progress tracking app (a third party) but Thaena has been quick to respond to my emails and address those glitches too. Buy this. It changes everything.

I have had a lifetime of issues with a gurgling stomach and gas. I've found I still have to do 4 capsules every morning of Thaenabiotic to have any effect. It has definitely helped, but it's not a miracle cure. I do believe I am going to have to do the 4 a day for 6 months or so before I can make a complete assessment. Expensive experiment, but it's the only thing I've tried that has helped even a little so it's worth a try to me. :)
