Cooper Warner, Esq. serves as Thaena®'s Chief Operating Officer. Cooper graduated with a BS in Animal Veterinary Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. She then went on to receive her JD and a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law from Lewis & Clark Law School (Northwestern School of Law) in Portland, Oregon.

It did not take Cooper long to heed her entrepreneurial calling and she started her solo law practice, Namaste Law, to cater her business law services to women-owned businesses in the Pacific Northwest. It was through Namaste Law that Cooper met and started providing legal counsel to Thaena's co-founders. Now, the rest is history...

When not at her desk, Cooper can often be found with her husband and their Pointador, Winston, wandering in the mountains or through the mountains in their 1993 Winnebago Warrior.
