Among other things, they must: have been born vaginally and breastfed, eat a diverse array of fruits, vegetables, and fibers, have 1+ well-formed bowel movement daily, exercise multiple times a week and move their bodies every day, take care of their mental and emotional health, maintain low stress levels, have a healthy BMI, be within 18-50 years of age, have never been diagnosed with chronic disease, taken 5 rounds of antibiotics (or less) in their lifetime, maintain healthy sleep patterns, no allergies, no mood disorders, no tobacco use...... To name a few.
